Composed of salt and chalk. It is a strong natural grease remover. Ash Soda is used to eliminate the most stubborn stains.
For 7–8kg machines (washable from 30°C): Pour the powder directly into the drum, on top of your clothes.
Dissolve the powder in warm water, then gently rub the stain with a sponge before rinsing.

Yes. The formula is suitable for babies’ clothing and sensitive skin, with no synthetic fragrance and no unnecessary additives. It’s also made without harsh chemicals or optical brighteners, so it’s suitable for pet bedding, blankets and fabric accessories. It rinses clean and leaves no unnecessary residues behind, on your skin or theirs.
It’s intentionally fragrance-free, and it contains no optical brighteners. Synthetic perfumes are common skin irritants that create the impression of cleanliness through scent. Optical brighteners create the illusion of “whiter” fabric by reflecting blue light, but they don’t clean. They mask residues and can stay on fabrics. We focus on real cleaning performance instead.

Pour the recommended amount directly into the drum, on top of your laundry, not into the detergent drawer. It’s also compatible with wool and silk programmes. For hand washing, dissolve the powder in warm water, gently treat the fabric, then rinse thoroughly.

No. Fabric softener is often unnecessary and mainly adds artificial fragrance and a coating to fabrics. We also don’t recommend adding essential oils to the machine, as heat reduces their effectiveness and aroma.

Each plan in the selection menu shows how many loads a week it covers. For example, 3 to 4 loads a week = 1 pot every 2 months. If your routine changes, adjust the number of pots from your account before your next billing date.
