Free Delivery across the UAE on orders equal to or above AED 130.
Shipping cost is AED 15 for all orders below AED 130.
We are committed to deliver your order within 1 to 2 working days, depending on the time of the day you have placed your order.
If your order before 12pm, you will receive your order the following day (afternoon time).
To limit our carbon footprint, we encourage our clients to order at least 2 big size of Laundry powder in a same shipping.
Refund policy:
Due to the nature of our product we do not offer a return and refund policy.
However, if any product has been damaged during the transportation or if the wrong product has been delivered, we would proceed to an exchange of product. Please report within 24hours after having received the product.
Cancelation policy:
The order(s) can be cancelled within 24 hours. In that case, the refunds will be proceeded back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Allow 10 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
